Here are the instructions:
– After the payment, you will receive an email confirmation your visa order, if you find any errors or mistakes, just reply to that email or send an email to info@visavietnam.hk requesting for corrections. We will update and correct your application as per your request.
– After getting visa approval letter via email from us, and find any errors or mistakes in the letter, please email to us immediately and ask for correction and we will do that.
– After picking up your visa on arrival at the airports, please check it carefully and ask for correction immediately if you find any. You have no chance to amend after exit passport control.
